SMF was founded in 2012 to operationally support builders and users of the rail and road public transport world in its evolution towards the new standards imposed by safety regulators.

SMF’s main activities:

• Consulting on designing safety systems installed on bus and rail vehicles.

• Sales support for companies that manufacture systems and/or components for bus and rail public transport vehicles.

The work is done directly by our consultants with demonstrated experience in the sector, who can be integrated with specific elements, depending on the project.

SMF’s registered office is in downtown Modena, a city in northern Italy, which coordinates the various companies in the group and their work.

Over the years, we have collaborated with various partner companies, launching profitable projects in public transport-related sectors.

SMF mainly operates in Italy and in the United States.
